Refund Policy:

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is only valid for the time of delivery. Once delivery has been completed you will have 30mins. We DO NOT offer refund or exchange on any meals deals once this time has passed.

All our meals come with an expiry date, we recommend to sell all those deals before that, as if any deals expire it will NOT be taken back for a refund or exchange deal.  

To be eligible for a return/refund, your meal deal should be unused and in the same condition, you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Manjot’s heat and eat does not provide refunds/replacement of meals unless:

  • Seal is broken (only one delivery has been done, and you have checked within the 30 minutes).
  • Something inappropriate found in meal.

For the above points, photo evidence is required for prove, without that nothing will be processed. Photo will be required to be emailed or texted to Manjot within in that time frame for him to pass it on to be processed. We will also need a proof of receipt or email showing when the delivery was made to you.

Please be aware that we do everything from our end to make sure nothing of such happens, each meal is double checked before sending off for delivery, but if it does we do require prove within that time frame for us to pass it on to the team for a clarification before processing on refunds or replacements of meals. Please allow up to 3 business days to process the issue.

You will then be notified by email or text message if you will receive a refund back into the nominated bank account or cash (if that is what has been provided on delivery) of if there will be a replacement meal offered with your next delivery. You may also be notified if nothing of such can be processed.

Refunds

Once you have emailed or send through a text message, we will reply back letting you know we have received the issue, as well as the photo. Upon next delivery Manjot will be required to take back the meal that you have send through in the picture, so please keep that meal deal in the original packing otherwise it will not be taken back, and no refund or exchange will be offered.

Once your return has been received (the whole meal) we will send through an email to notify you that it has been received and it will now be processed and get back to you within 3 business days.

If you have been approved, then your refund will be processed back and a credit note will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds:

There could be a delay in you receiving the refund, if that is the case first check your bank account again.

If you have and there is nothing there, please contact your bank and ask them what the issue is, as there is often some processing time the bank needs to show the refund into your bank account.

Sale items/today specials ONLY:

Only full-priced items may be refunded. Sale items and today’s specials will not be eligible for a refund.

Exchange:

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged, for a full-priced item. This will only be allowed once the photo is received within 30 minutes (please check above for more information).

Shipping Returns

To return the product, please hand it back to Manjot (or who else brings your delivery). This product should have been sent through with a picture to Manjot beforehand and the product will be picked up in your next delivery.
