Refund Policy:

Our commitment at Manjot’s Heat and Eat is to ensure your satisfaction with our meals. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully for a smooth experience.

Time of Validity:

  • Our refund and returns policy is applicable only at the time of delivery. You have a 30-minute window post-delivery to notify us of any concerns. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on meal deals after this time has elapsed.

Expiry Date:

  • All our meal deals come with an expiry date. We strongly recommend consuming them before expiration, as expired deals will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return/Refund:

  • To be eligible for a return/refund, your meal deal must be unused and in the original packaging.

Exceptions for Refunds/Replacements:

  • We provide refunds or replacements only in the following cases:
    1. Seal is broken within 30 minutes of delivery, verified with photo evidence.
    2. Inappropriate items found in the meal, substantiated with photo evidence.

Verification Process:

  • Photo evidence is crucial for processing refunds or replacements. Email or text the evidence to within the specified timeframe along with proof of receipt or delivery email.

Processing Time:

  • Please allow up to 3 business days for us to investigate and process the issue. You will be notified via email or text about the outcome.


  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit note will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If there’s a delay, check your bank account. Contact your bank if needed. If the issue persists, reach out to us at for assistance.

Sale Items/Today’s Specials:

  • Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items and today’s specials are non-refundable.


  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and only for full-priced items. Notify us with a photo within 30 minutes of delivery.

Shipping Returns:

  • Hand back the product to Delivery Person during your next delivery. Ensure the product was previously sent through with a picture.
